The problem

Coins hide everything

A coin-operated venue knows its total takings and almost nothing about which machine earned them.

Cash operations make three things impossible: knowing per-machine performance, running membership economics, and reducing the shrinkage that everyone quietly accepts. Moving to stored-value cards fixes all three, but only if the card system, the machines and the redemption counter share one ledger.

This platform is that ledger. Every tap, credit, prize redemption and top-up is a transaction against a member or an anonymous card, which turns a venue from a cash box into something you can actually manage.

Capabilities

What it covers

Built with operators who count prizes at midnight, which shaped the redemption module considerably.

Card & credit system

Stored-value cards, kiosk and counter top-up, bonus credit rules, and balance transfer between cards for lost-card handling.

Membership

Tiers, points accrual, birthday and promotional offers, and household or family linkage for shared balances.

Machine performance

Play counts and revenue per machine, per hour and per zone, so floor layout and machine mix become decisions rather than habit.

Redemption & prizes

Prize catalogue with ticket or point pricing, stock levels, redemption audit trail and margin per prize line.

Controls & reconciliation

Staff roles, manual adjustment approval, float and cash drawer reconciliation, and exception reporting on unusual credit grants.

Multi-venue

Consolidated reporting across sites with per-venue configuration, for operators running more than one location.

Who it's for

For venue operators

Arcades & amusement centres

Where machine mix and prize margin are the whole business model.

Family entertainment centres

Membership-driven venues needing tiers, promotions and repeat-visit economics.

Multi-site operators

Groups needing consolidated reporting without losing per-venue control.

Before you get in touch

Yes — cash top-up at kiosks or the counter is standard. Most venues run hybrid for a period before going fully cashless.
Every redemption is a transaction against prize stock with a staff identity attached, which is usually the first time an operator can see redemption margin properly.
Yes, with consolidated reporting and per-venue configuration. Cards can be configured to work across sites or be venue-specific.
